Novi is a product group at Meta (formerly Facebook) focused on building products to make payments and financial services simpler, for everyone and secure across our apps. We want to empower people everywhere to send money to each other, give them the confidence to buy and sell things online, and help businesses grow. This role supports the marketing life cycle for Meta’s payments products and frames narratives that inform decision-making for cross-functional leadership. This covers opportunity assessment, brand proposition, marketing strategy, campaign planning and KPI tracking. We need someone who’s not afraid to ask a lot of questions and who is always seeking to understand and integrate different points of view when making tough calls. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Mindset - Understand and champion the involvement of Insights as a strategic tool to grow or understand our products and business better

  • Research Excellence - Highly analytical, proven track record of uncovering insights beyond ingoing objectives. Design and execute innovative quantitative and qualitative research to support Marketing, Novi and Meta at large

  • Sticky Story Telling - Exceptional ability to synthesize complex/multiple data sets. Translate research findings into actionable insights that will help Novi’s financial products reach millions of customers

  • Cross Functional Ease - Communicate effectively across many and diverse cross-functional stakeholders in order to drive alignment and impact

  • Agile Planning - Develop and drive research roadmaps for Novi’s products globally

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years in Marketing/Consumer/Market insights, including brand experience

  • Experience directing agencies/vendors to deliver results

  • Hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis (weighting, data cleaning, regression, etc.)

  • Experience independently delivering global insights against objectives via mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative methods such as audience understanding, market/cultural insights, creative, tracking, positioning, messaging development, optimization research etc.)

  • Experience with Excel and Google Suite (i.e. slides)

  • Experience leading, influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including teams like marketing, product, creative and data science

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SPSS or R and survey programming tool

  • Experience with app dev/fin tech/payments and management consulting
