We are looking for a passionate Training Specialist to develop and deliver an engaging ongoing training experience to our Novi Operations teams. This individual will drive excellence within our training team and work to build the overall policy and product knowledge within Novi. You will be part of a team that will build on the foundations of knowledge for our teams by optimizing the training process, designing and facilitating curriculums and supporting the current team. This role will involve supporting core operations functions; Customer Care, Fraud and Compliance. Responsibilities

  • You are dedicated to delivering a best in class Novi Operations learning program by continually collaborating with our Learning team, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and partners to ensure that training modules are functional, technically accurate and launched properly.

  • You will partner with existing global training specialists and stakeholders to develop and deliver various training and development programs.

  • You are an SME (Subject Matter Expert) within Customer Help/Compliance/Fraud and will use your domain knowledge to deliver, revise and enhance training content independently and in collaboration with other subject matter experts, to ensure that the team’s learning and development is catered for.

  • Leaning on your strong leadership and communication skills, you will transform complex processes, systems & policies into simple and easy to understand concepts.

  • You will continuously evaluate the organizational training needs and evolve training and domain development in line with the functional requirements.

  • You are committed to delivering best in class training content to ensure that content is appropriate and understood, you will track employee success and progress to continually enhance the training program.

  • You are detail oriented and will plan, execute and manage training assignments in Cornerstone and ensure custom Learning Management System (LMS) training notifications are set up and deployed as specified.

  • You will work with your global counterparts to gather, analyze, and utilize feedback and data to improve the domain learning and development approach and material.

  • You are meticulous and will support document maintenance and control.

  • You are a mission driven individual who will carry and drive the Novi care culture with our teammates, your colleagues and within your team

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS Degree

  • 3+ years of training experience/background

  • 2+ years of experience in operations

  • Experience with learning management systems and software

  • Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online, and virtual instructor-led training e.g. Articulate 360, Rise 360

  • Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences and engage and influence stakeholders

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment

  • Strong communication skills (Verbal, Written, Visual)
