In this role, you will design and build intelligent and efficient processes to support our products while enhancing the customer and teammate experience.   • You are customer and teammate focused having end-to-end accountability for designing strategies, proactive roadmap and change management inputs, and managing different projects, from business requirement definition and planning through to successful implementation.

  • You are detail oriented, identifying business process challenges through data analysis, ensuring that protection of the integrity of Novi products is paramount

  • You are proactive, supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders in the business to ensure the continuous improvement of processes & workflows end to end under Novi Operations.

  • You are dedicated and passionate to understand the future state by designing and building practices and processes.

  • You will use your strong critical and analytical thinking to optimise program operations with a focus on process management, key strategic initiatives and ensure standards are always in place.

  • You will understand and analyze performance KPIs, identify performance gaps, opportunities, and recommend solutions.

  • Develop action plans for business initiatives and report on their results, by partnering with key stakeholders such as operational leaders, quality, and training.

  • You are an integral part of the Operations team, looking at it from the teammate experience to ensure our process flows are frictionless, by creating step-by-step instructions/guides and documentation for use globally.

  • You are a strong collaborator, providing clear and concise presentation of findings and design plans to stakeholders globally.

  • You are able to review and interpret detailed or complex documentation, and provide valuable insights and feedback.

  • You are a mission driven individual who will demonstrate and drive the Novi Care culture with your peers, leadership and stakeholders.

  • You will support Novi Operations, proactively bringing ideas and tangible actions to improve the business and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing, improving and evolving risk and compliance processes in some or all of the following areas: IDV, EDD, PEP, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, SAR Filing

  • 6+ years of process excellence experience, ideally managing complex processes and projects with a high level of integration across multiple global units.

  • Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Excel/SQL and Project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a second language is preferred but not essential

  • Six Sigma or relevant process optimisation experience is preferred but not essential
