Meta Financial Technologies (MFT) is a product group at Meta (previously Facebook) focused on building products to ensure that everyone, everywhere has access to the world’s financial system to accelerate financial inclusion and economic empowerment. We're seeking a Marketing Insights Manager for the MFT Insights team who will be an integral part of the marketing team. We are seeking a leader who demonstrates ability to harness and translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans, hunger to drive significant business impact/outcomes, orientation toward strategic thinking to drive product/brand outcomes, and experience in building strong cross-functional partnerships. Creativity, energy, flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages are a must. Balancing being both a visionary leader and everyday executor is essential.


  • Own the holistic learning agenda (in collaboration with other Understanding functions such as UXR) for Meta FinTech.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to drive a consumer-centric GTM strategy to support the launch of new products and features in MFT or across FOA.

  • Provide thought leadership to a diverse set of stakeholders spanning all functions such as Meta Brand, Product Management, Design, Policy.

  • Influence decision-making, GTM planning, goal-setting, and product roadmap through highly effective communication with all levels of stakeholders in both Marketing and Product organizations, including leadership.

  • Leadership in technique and methodology is essential. High degree of end-to-end ownership from survey design, deployment (both on Instagram’s platform as well as external) through to analysis & recommendations is required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology.

  • Experience driving change and collaborating effectively with a variety of partners including engineering and product stakeholders as well as brand marketing/communications stakeholders.

  • Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations.

  • 10+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. At least 3 years of team management/leadership experience.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of using insights to influence business decisions and strategies with executives and colleagues.

  • Experience leading insights-driven product launches from problem definition, foundational exploration to GTM execution, driving impact and influencing product and marketing decision-making.

  • Experience in collaborating closely with other research functions (e.g., UXR, PDS, MDS) to drive broader and greater impact.
