I'm having trouble sending money

Here are some solutions to common issues with sending money:
  • Make sure you’re connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network.
  • Make sure you enter the recipient’s information correctly.
  • Make sure you’re not trying to send money to or from a country where Novi isn’t yet available. Learn where Novi is currently available.
  • Make sure the amount you’re sending doesn’t exceed a transaction limit for you or your receiver. Learn more about transaction limits.
  • Check if you need to provide additional information to restore access to your Novi account.
