How do I cancel a transaction?

If you’re sending money to a Novi customer
Transfers between Novi accounts happen almost instantly and can’t be canceled. If you send money to the wrong person or send the wrong amount, you can try contacting them and asking them to return it.
If your transaction needs to be reviewed by Novi, you can cancel it while it’s under review.
If you would like to send money to someone who’s not yet a Novi customer, you can invite them to create a Novi account.
If you’re adding money to your Novi account
You can’t cancel a pending transaction that's adding money to your Novi account. Once the transaction is complete, you can transfer your money to your bank account, or get cash at a nearby withdrawal location in supported countries.
If you’re getting cash at a nearby withdrawal location using a withdraw code
You can cancel a withdraw code, or just let it expire. Withdraw codes automatically expire after 72 hours.
If you’re transferring money to your bank account
You can’t cancel a pending transfer from your Novi account to your bank account. Once your digital currency is converted to your local currency and transferred to your bank account, you can add it back to your Novi account using a payment method you've added to your account.
