I'm having trouble adding my payment method to Novi

Here are some solutions to common issues with adding payment methods to Novi:
  • Make sure you are able to add the type of card you selected in your country. Learn more about what payment methods are currently available in your country
  • Make sure you’re connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network.
  • Make sure the name on your card matches the name on your Novi account.
  • Make sure your card is valid and not expired, and that it matches your country of residence.
  • Make sure you enter your card information correctly.
  • Make sure your card hasn’t been added to someone else’s Novi account.
  • Currently, reloadable prepaid cards (Visa or MasterCard) are only able to be added in the United States.
  • If adding a debit card (Visa or MasterCard), make sure you haven’t exceeded the Novi debit card limit of three debit cards.
  • Contact your card issuer to let them know you’re adding your card to Novi, then try adding it again.
  • Make sure you have access to your Novi account. Learn how to restore access to your Novi account.
