How do I appeal a claim decision?

To appeal a claim decision, please contact Novi’s Customer Care team in the Novi app. Explain which claim you’d like to appeal and why, and they’ll work with you to submit an appeal.
To contact Novi’s Customer Care team:
  1. Log in to the Novi app.
  2. Tap in the top right of Novi.
  3. Scroll down to Customer Support and tap Chat With Us.
  4. Tap Type your message here and let the team know you’d like to appeal a claim, then tap to send your message.
Note: You may appeal a claim decision up to 15 calendar days after we communicate our decision to you via text message or push notification. Your appeal may be denied if created after this time period. It may take us up to 15 calendar days to review an appeal once we receive it.
