I didn't receive money sent to me

If you didn’t receive money sent to you, please confirm with the sender that the transaction appears as Completed on their transaction receipt. You can also ask the sender to make sure they didn’t accidentally send the money to the wrong person.
If the sender’s receipt shows the transaction as Completed but you still didn’t receive the money, please contact Novi’s Customer Care team for help.
If the transaction shows up in the sender’s transaction history as Pending or In Review, then the transaction hasn’t gone through. Learn more about troubleshooting common issues with sending money.
