Why is my transaction pending or in review?

If your transaction status is shown as Pending, it may just be taking some additional time to process.
In some cases, we may ask you to provide additional information before completing a transaction to help keep your account safe. While we look over this information, your transaction status will appear as In Review.
If it has been more than a few days and your transaction status is still Pending or In Review, you can contact Novi’s Customer Care team for help.
