How do I add or remove a payment method from Novi?

Learn about what payment methods are currently available in your country.
You need to be the owner and controller of any payment method you add to your Novi account, and your payment method needs to match your country of residence. If you want to make changes to a payment method, you will need to remove it from your Novi account and add it again.
To add a payment method:
  1. Log in to the Novi app.
  2. Tap in the top right of Novi.
  3. Tap Payment Methods.
  4. Tap Add New.
  5. Tap the payment method you want to add.
  6. Enter your payment method information, then tap Save.
The first payment method you add to Novi will automatically become your default payment method. If you don’t have enough money in your Novi account to complete a transaction, your default payment method will be used to cover the difference. You’ll be able to confirm any transaction before it’s completed, and you can also change your default payment method if you’ve added more than one payment method.
Note: If your default payment method doesn’t have enough funds to cover a transaction, you may be subject to a fee from your financial institution or card issuer.
To remove a payment method:
  1. Log in to the Novi app.
  2. Tap in the top right of Novi.
  3. Tap Payment Methods.
  4. Tap the payment method you want to remove.
  5. Tap Remove Card, then tap Confirm.
