The money I sent wasn't received

If money you sent wasn’t received, you can check the transaction details in your transaction history to make sure the transaction was completed, and that the money was sent to the correct person.
If your transaction went through:
  • To the right person, but they didn’t receive it, contact Novi’s Customer Care team.
  • To the wrong person, contact that person and ask them to return it. Novi can’t refund money that was sent to the wrong person.
