What is the difference between Novi and Facebook Pay?

Novi is a digital wallet that helps people store and send digital currency locally and around the world.
When money is added to your Novi account using a debit card or another payment method, your local currency will be converted to a digital currency. You can send digital currencies around the world to anyone using Novi. You can transfer money from Novi to your bank account, and in supported countries, you can get cash at a nearby withdrawal location.
Today, there are no fees to send and receive money from one Novi account to another, no markups on exchange rates, and no fees to transfer your balance to your bank account.
Also, Novi currently has no fees to pick up cash at a nearby withdrawal location.
We’re working on making Novi available to use through Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. We hope to have this available soon.
Facebook Pay lets you make secure payments on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
Facebook Pay is a seamless and secure way to make payments on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger and in participating online stores. After you enter your payment card or account information, you can use Facebook Pay to make purchases, send money, donate within the apps, or check out when shopping online.
