What do I do if my phone number was already used to create a Novi account?

Currently, you can’t sign up for Novi with a phone number that’s already being used on Novi. To create a Novi account, you will need to use a different phone number.
If you already signed up for Novi with your phone number but didn’t finish setting up your account, you won’t be able to start over with the same phone number. Instead, log in and finish setting up your account that way. Follow these instructions for resetting your password if you no longer remember the password you used to create your account.
