I’m having trouble transferring money to my bank account

Here are some solutions to common issues with transferring money to your bank account:
  • Make sure you're connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network.
  • Make sure your transaction is within the transaction limits.
  • Make sure your bank account is still connected to your Novi account.
  • Make sure you entered your bank account number correctly when you added your bank to Novi.
  • Make sure the bank account you added is in your name, the same name as your Novi account.
  • Check if you need to provide additional information to restore access to your Novi account.
