Why was my account closed?

Your Novi account may be closed for the following reasons:
  • You closed your account in the Novi app.
  • You contacted the Novi Customer Care team and asked them to close your account.
  • Novi closed your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other policies.
If you have changed your mind after closing your account, you have 30 days from the date your account was closed to reopen it. If it has been longer than 30 days, you’ll need to create a new Novi account.
If Novi closed your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other policies, you will not be able to recover it or create a new one.
