If you closed your account
If you asked to close your Novi account but changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of your request to reopen your account. If it’s been longer than 30 days, you’ll need to create a new account.
If you can no longer access your account
If you can’t log in to your Novi account, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Tap
in the top right of Novi. - Tap
Security and Privacy. - Follow the on-screen instructions.
As a precaution, we also recommend resetting your passwords for any bank accounts, debit cards, and other payment methods that are linked to your Novi account.
If Novi closed your account
In some cases, we may close an account for violating our Terms of Service or our policies. If we closed your account, you will not be able to recover it or create a new one.
