To help keep Novi safe and to comply with laws and regulations, we may sometimes ask you to provide additional information. We may also temporarily restrict your access to Novi until we review and confirm the provided information. Learn what to do if we ask you to confirm your information
If you closed your account
If you asked to close your Novi account but changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of your request to reopen your account. If it’s been longer than 30 days, you’ll need to create a new account.
If you can no longer access your account
As a precaution, we also recommend resetting your passwords for any bank accounts, debit cards, and other payment methods that are linked to your Novi account.
If Novi closed your account
In some cases, we may close an account for violating Novi’s Terms of Service or our policies. If we close your account, you will not be able to recover it or create a new one.
