Novi Display Name Policy.

Novi shows legal names to help people transact with more confidence. We allow users facing safety, security, or identity issues to request a change to how their name appears in the app. Display names may only be changed twice over the lifetime of an account. Names in the Novi app may not contain any of the following:

• Symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, repeating characters, emojis or punctuation.
• Characters from multiple languages.
• Titles of any kind (example: professional, religious).
• Words, slogans, or phrases in place of a name.
• Profanity, offensive, or suggestive words of any kind.
• Impersonation, pretending to be someone or something, isn't allowed.
